I wanted to vote India-Pakistan but then I realized that Afghanistan-Pakistan should be on the list. Hence I voted other.

It should be North - South Korea. Other countries mentioned don't have the intensity similar to that of NK - SK as far as enmity is concerned. They had even conspired to kill each other's head of state in the past. No diplomatic relations, no people to people contact and total ban on each other's products, films or businesses etc.

Pakistan and india have the second biggest enmity in the world, Palestine and Israel is the first.

The most dangerous is between Israel and Palestine, then South Korea and North Korea, then come India-Pakistan,. Iran Saudi is more of who is great, they don't have conflict, so chances of war between them is not high.

you are asking on PDF so obviously most people will choose India-Pakistan because members here mostly belong to India & Pakistan and both see to each other as a rival.. and you also should be amazed that despite of hates they both always live together on social media, as a neighbor even in this very forum, all around the world they fight together but also live together... you cant find out that kind of enemy in this world, this is too complicate to understand for you "Angreez ki Oulaad". i have also Indian friends we love each other, participate in different events together but we also fight whenever we talk about Kashmir & both country proxies against each other.
