citizens are not but human right workers are expected to speak on issues pertaining to their region before speaking about other regions

"expected" is fine, but when someone doesn't do as expected, he/she is not to be blamed but the one who expected. Since when have Pakistanis start to expect anything from Malala who they proudly disown? Hypocrites!
