I feel children orphans is still top priority which would be awesome idea investment, I remember few years ago little girl came to me begging twenty times for money near Karachi beach, I felt bad I didn't have any rupees or dollars, she followed me.

If she followed you, she was probably a professional. There are a number of charities for helping the poor, destitute, orphans, drug addicts, homeless and all other class of needy. However, no one ever thinks that a disabled soldier might also need help. In peshawar for example, I once visited a soldier from SWA in the hospital. He had been injured in an IED explosion, 5 of his vertebrae had been completely decimated, a piece of shrapnel the size of an adult hand had been removed from his back and he had been given 23 bottles of blood. The doctors were still praying that he die because they knew he wouldn't be able to move, chest down and would be a burden on himself and his family. I don't know what happened to him, I got posted out soon, he was 21.
That's who we need to help. Those that no one else would because they think a soldier is super human, why would he need help?
