I do believe that the "THEY" that you meant in your a little bit ambiguous line above is the Western nations, or more specifically the Pax Americana Empire supported by their Anglo-Saxon controlled obedient hitmen, the NATO alliance or more correctly, the ZATO - Zionist Atlantic Treaty Organization.
