They currently have 1 Yasen sub, 1 Admiral Gorshkov frigate. Still waiting on the new Gremyashchiy corvette. The Kuznetsov carrier and the Udaloy and Sovremenny destroyers from the 80s will probably soldier on for a decade before they retire.

Economy is in shambles...

They have more important things to do. The long awaited Lena river bridge to link Moscow and diamond rich Yakutsk by road, the long awaited Sakhalin bridge to link Moscow to oil rich Sakhalin by road. I imagine Russia will vastly cut military budget to fund crucial infrastructure projects in the coming years. Russian navy will be composed only of frigates and corvettes by the 2030s.
