What plane does Iran have that can launch Kh-55?

Kh-55 ALCM is Russia's counterpart of BGM-109 Tomahawk ALCM. As far as I know, only strategic bombers are big enough to carry large ALCM like these. And as far as I know Iran don't have strategic bombers.

I'm not aware of any ALCM's operated by Iran. However Iran has reverse engineered the Kh-55 long ago as a ground launched version called the Soumar, as a surface launched cruise missile.
