Yeah ,, but permanent ban , not happening i think .. just some match ban at the most .. Permanent ban will require you to do something really despicable like racism ,nazi salute and similar stuff . Head butt and biting are just individual level mischief.But then I m not an expert , so let's see what FIFA does..
