The things that Google does, Microsoft never was allowed to do it. Pure monopoly, and destroying free competence.

You want Google to search, use some web browser ,go to their website and use. What is the problem for international user?

That is simply not how things work.
It is up to the phone providers to cater to customers whims and needs, not the other way around.
If a Chinese phone won't be integrated into Google, customers will simply buy a Korean, American, Japanese, etc phone.

Android has killed off Windows Phone, Blackberry, Nokia Symbian, Web OS, and more. A Chinese OS stand zero chance in the international market.
Best it can do is dominate in China.

Iphone has successfully carve out a niche over Android.

Modern OS is not difficult and even Linux, Android code is open source,

Difficult part is to create a set of apps ecology.

Android now officially support RISC-V which means it would live on forever.
China can choose to not use google services which they are doing, as the hardware slowly switch to RISC-V
