Prophet Muhammad sal-lal-laahu-alaihi-wa-sallam said:
مَنْ رَأى مِنْكُمْ مُنْكَراً فَلْيُغَيِّرْهُ بِيَدِهِ ، فَإنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِلِسَانِهِ ، فَإنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِقَلْبِهِ ، وَذَلِكَ أضْعَفُ الإيمَانِ
“Whoever amongst you sees an evil, he must change it with his hand; if he is unable to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is unable to do so, then with his heart; and that is the weakest form of Faith”. SAHIH MUSLIM

Prophet sal-lal-laahu-alaihi-wa-sallam said:
“The likeness of the man who observes the limits prescribed by Allah and that of the man who transgresses them is like the people who get on board a ship after casting lots. Some of them are in its lower deck and some of them in its upper (deck). Those who are in its lower (deck), when they require water, go to the occupants of the upper deck, and say to them : ‘If we make a hole in the bottom of the ship, we shall not harm you.’ If they (the occupants of the upper deck) leave them to carry out their design they all will be drowned. But if they do not let them go ahead (with their plan), all of them will remain safe”. (Hadeeth No. 187 here)

Prophet sal-lal-laahu-alaihi-wa-sallam said:

The Prophet sal-lal-laahu-alaihi-wa-sallam said:
“By Him in Whose Hand my life is, you either enjoin good and forbid evil, or Allah will certainly soon send His punishment to you. Then you will make supplication and it will not be accepted”. (Hadeeth No. 193, Riyadhus Saliheen, Chapter 23)

Imam Muslim (r) narrated that Abu Hurayrah (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There are two types of the people of Hell whom I have not seen…” one of whom was, “women who are clothed yet naked…” According to Imam Ahmad (r) he said: “Curse them, for they are cursed.”

Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know. SURAH NOOR AYAT 19



So those who have issue first need to read Islam and decide whether they are Muslims or not. If they are and they want to live in Islamic Republic of Pakistan and for their information there is no concept of privacy in Islam specially when you are spreading haram in public. You would be called out in public and stopped. Main responsibility is of state, and if they fail than people have the duty to stop Haram also force state to do its job. I am doing my job which ALLAH and his RASOOL SAW assigned me and every Muslim on face of the earth. If some people here and liberals over have decided to adopt path of Yazeed or are Muslims but don't have gutts to do the job than don't put your moral failure on me. I would keep doing my job.

You can be a Non Muslim you have right to practice you religion freely. But in Islamic state there would be some things which you can't cross either but over all you would have pretty much all the freedoms you require. There is no concept of ex Muslim in Islam. Ex Muslims are called Murtid and that is a punishable offence. Things I wrote there is complete consensus among all sects in Islam.

I agree with most of your points but not with the punishment for murtid. No there's no general punishment for a murtad (apostate). It was only announced under very particular circumstance, just to end a conspiracy against Islam. But it was never practiced because after the announcement of the punishment the fake conversions stopped.

There's no punishment for that in Islam in the world.
