Dear sir @Orca they are in fact praising their in laws. However, there a victims as well and their number is greater. Actually I don't get how can someone marry into such a different culture especially both don't know each other's language. Also, these are not love marriages rather arranged.

But if both go and register for getting married in the marriage office, the government can't say no because they don't think they should be together.

well this episode of fake marriages gave a new thought in Pakistan and that there r criminals in chinese societies same as there r criminals in Pakistani society or in any other society and the government of Pakistan and China must tackle this problem together and sadly those genuines marriages between interracial couples have come into question too but i hope this issue will settle down soon

Govt can stop this business of adultery. I'm all for ban on such mismatched marriages. I don't know about Ukrainian girls case but in Pakistan these marriages were arranged business where they lied about their religion, profession, economic and social status and when they reach China, the girls are mistreated. So we need to put a stop to it. Love marriage is a different matter but even on that govt needs to put checks.

FIA investigation was started because China has lodged a protest with Pakistan over Chinese nationals marrying Pakistanis in Pakistan. I remember in my town Hyderabad , My parent always took me to my father's Chinese dentist friend and sometime receive good new year calendars from my father's Chinese friends who were engineered in Power Plants and also they invited us for dinner or launch . We have a very strong bonding with Chinese community way before the CPEC and I learn Chinese community very closely 40 years ago when I was teenager and now I have a lot of Chinese circle of friends & co-workers . Recently , This is all India and West propaganda , Hope Pakistan and china will sort it out.

We need to make very stringent laws especially in case of marriage with foreigners. Govt should require a complete background check, compatibility and govt of China should be involved in verifying. Also the govt appointed scholars should verify if they are really Muslim or not.
As far as the criminals who have been caught both including the Chinese and their Pakistani collaborators should be punished.
