In our Atlanta office, we have to implement a dress code after a bimbo found her way as an intern from a nearby univ. and she would come to the office in scanty dress which bothered everyone even the girls, rather they were the first to complain about her behaviour and some of them tried to chaperone her and counsel her but in vain so then we approved a dress code for both men and women employee. No such problem in Sweden so far despite some misconception about Swedes, they in fact behave pretty dignified at the workplace.

Yeah it is very important for guys to lower their gaze and for women to dress modestly. In fact, here women have a little advantage, they can see the man a little more than vice-versa. Perhaps because they are biologically wired differently. Men get excited easily and that's a weakness we need to control.
