with the current issues with india, with both sides accusing the other about violating cease fire agreements, I wanted to know if anyone heard from pak rangers/troops about there experiences along the LOC, is the shelling from the indian side intense, are casualties high, do they hit back and respond with equal measures do they feel outgunned.
I'll welcome all responses From Educated members, I'd appreciate no ill-informed bullshit replies from people like mr.baqwaas

If one goes by recent news, things have calmed down after the Pakistan Rangers brought in their 120 MM Mortars. BSF/IA has so far not upped the ante either by bring their own heavy mortars or higher caliber guns. That should give you a good idea of what they feel. Indian frustration is also reflected in their leaders statements such as "Pakistan does not learn a lesson". If you are expecting first hand experiences from those deployed on the border, you will not get it.

Express just aired a program on their network. There was some interviews from the soldiers posted on checkposts. One of them was saying b/w 9 to 19 there were continuous ceasefire violations from indians. As for response, As soon as the fire comes, they report to senior and respond as the senior instructs them

. . .
Why are they not wearing bulletproof jackets? They are standing at LOC with Indians continuous firing shouldn't they be in their proper gear?
