What a sickening message from the short skirt? Dressed scantily in front of a man is as much a case of sexual harassment as is two men using foul language to each other in front of a woman!

No, it's not.

Yes I agree it's not wise to wear revealing clothing (especially in the Republic of Rapistan), but that doesn't count as sexual harassment nor does it make any sexual assaults upon that person any less tragic.
