IPL created other countries heros... But it have destroyed Indian Team structure... After IPL, we are winning super 8 fa the first time in 2012.... We had lost 8 consequtive super 8 matches before that....

IPL helps others because they play less matches overall. We are playing too much cricket and on top it we play IPL. Twice our key players got injured in IPL just before T20 world cup.

One other big reason is senior players getting retired. We will take two more years before we get better.
