The old one uses many different firearm and denzel usesd almost none....

MacGyver never used a firearm beside the first episode I think

and I think Denzel used enough for the movie. not like it's a multi season TV series where you can rock a ton of weapons.

well, i think denzel fired 1 round during the whole movie...

and most of the sequence involving denzel and a gun in the mive is about him disarming the people he fights.

Thats the same stuff in MacGyver... I think RD Anderson fired a gun on the pilot and subsequence involving him disarming people...

and the last sequence he doesn't even use a firearm I don't think

lol and the scene withh denzel shooting teddy with nail gun...

It looked like the nail punched thru teddy as we can see the security guard raphie look at the nail on the wall, but teddy react to the attack as if his hand were nailed shut by the nail....
