Gangus claimed that the bomb destroyed the building and killed 300, so when it is standing right at the top og the hill, while another explosion site far away is shown then that is proof enough.

DG ISPR's job is to handle the media. The commanders on the ground who're giving a kinetic response are not waiting for DG ISPR's tweets.
Multi-tasking and different roles for different people in the Army. The media outreach by the Army is not at the expense of other actions.
