More like wishful thinking. We should not fault the Chinese military for trying anything, no matter how fanciful, and the US military does take the issue under concern. However, the common denominator that I see among the Chinese supporters here is nothing more hyperboles of what the DF-21 purportedly can do. I said it before and I will repeat, in a missile against ship scenario, even if the miss is only one meter, the ship win. So unless the descending warhead is nuclear, at 30kts the carrier will have a location displacement of several km from the time the warhead is at apogee to when it hit the sea's surface. This is conditional upon the real time updates of the ship's position which China's OTH radar system can be taken out or at least severely disrupted in the start of the conflict. The Chinese fanboys here simply cannot accept the laws of physics, military history and common sense.

Abating your raving a little bit does no harm to American people, neither to the world peace.

Not at all. Usually by the time I am done with Chinese fanboys' fantasy about the PLA, it is usually Chinese nerves that became raw. Evidenced by the repeated bringing up of Viet Nam.
