Kashmir was handed to India with the connivance of Raja and the Mountbatten. The Indian forces were in Kashmir, the Tribes liberated part of Kashmir, they were 50 miles away from the Capital Srinagar when Nahro ran to the UN.
Pakistani leadership of the time should have kept supporting the Tribes to liberate all of Kashmir rather than accepting the ceasefire on the condition of Plebiscite.
