We need Falcon tracking device for Balochistan

Today i found one which works with GPS for €350, but they said it need mobile coverage plus internet...

That is kachra. There is one that works without anything. My competitor and a friend made it. I dont know waht he uses, but i think its satellite connected. No internet, No mobile network but he literally updates his databases from the iPad. Very intriguing. Gimme a day and ill find out.
