We need Falcon tracking device for Balochistan

My friend who is from Baluchistan need tracking device for his falcon, in remote areas without mobile/internet coverage. Anyone here have any idea about these devices? How do they work?

How it will work? Remote areas in Balochistan don't have mobile/internet coverage. Don't you need internet for GPS tracking?

I hope so, otherwise he will habe to import for 800-900 euros. But i have no idea where to look for in Pakistan.

GPS tracker works just fine, no need for Internet. Alot of pets are tracked with GPS. The chip has satellite link and you just need internet to monitor its movements.

You dont necessarily need internet. Just GPS handheld locators. Works like palm top. Uses satellite connectivity.

Today i found one which works with GPS for €350, but they said it need mobile coverage plus internet...
