While Pakistani Government is preparing reply, Imran Khan has already replied the world on 24 August 2017.
Imran Khan explained the world that we have suffered 100 billion dollar in economic loss, 70 thousand people lost their life.

He questioned, which other country sacrificed this much ?

Bilateral relations can exist with out Aid funding , specially if it comes at cost of Border disturbances and Terrorism rising form rouge Afghan region. We are ok to not get any funding

First thing that has to get established is understand out border , and our Sovreignity

And keep at distance from our Land

Certainly , collaborative funding is welcome when there is respect for our country and our Military, for civilian and other projects

We don't need any aid. Not sure who is posing black and white questions and options. We need to maintain good relationships with the largest economy in the world based on mutual understanding and standards. We need to tell we are not going to do any more dirty work or be mules for their failed policies. We want peace and prosperity not war and tragedy in the region.

Yes it is, but recently Donald Trump said to stop aid to Pakistan.

Here this guy is quoting Imran Khan saying we do not need USA aid or anyone's aid for that matter.

Where as ministers of state don't agree to this notion, they even demanded international audit of US claims about aid, to which US never responded.
