In the recent goof up on PDF, so many users were concerned about the safety issues. These type of viruses on this site may make matters worse. Request mods/admins to take action in the best interests of PDF.

Its a image hotlink leading to an infected site, happened to me in Iranian section, it was solved after Serpentine uploaded the picture directly on PDF.

Yes I know...so I named the thread title as virus "alert" on PDF....not virus "on" PDF. Even hotlinks are risky. Users may visit that page and get infected.
