Vijender Singh beats Samet Hyuseinov Pro Boxing

Vijender is brave to switch to pro at such late age.. but like amer said he is the person who is making boxing popular in India.. bit like what sania mirza to tennis... so even if their success is modest, they will pave the way for more people.

This guy kell brook is desperate to have a fight with amir khan but amir khan is refusing for same reason as Mayweather . I personally want to see their fight as they often speak against each others and both are British ..

This guy sadam ali is also undefeated and look like prince naseem hamed

I know. Kell Brook is no way near Khan in terms of speed and skill. I have seen him fight. He has only faced 1 good fighter (Shaun Porter) and that's all he has.

He needs to do much more if he wants to earn a shot against Khan. Khan is a Olympic medalist and multiple times world champion in professional boxing---and has faced some of the best boxers in the ring (Maidana, Zab Juda, Garcia, and now looking for Pacquio).

I'd see Khan vs Pacquio fight...would be interesting to see..

looooooooooll...Nobody takes Kell seriously. People barely know him in US. I know he talks lots of sh!t. He should fight Garcia or Maidana--and if he does well in that (unlikely lol), Amir should fight him then.

Btw, Amir used to absolutely dominate kell in their amateur days. He said that once to Kell's face during one interview where both of them were being interviewed. It went something like "Well we have face each other before during our amateur days. We used to box together. And Kell you remember how I would just absolutely school you? But I except, things have changed since that and you have come a long way":lol:

No he was silver.

Good fight but Vijender still needs to climb up a lot. He might be just to make pro boxing popular here in India. For me Shiva Thapa should start pro boxing. He is very aggressive.

I know he Amir is a silver medalist. It was a typo..only meant to write "olympic medalist" and not "gold medalist" haha..

Really wanted to see Amir Khan vs Mayweather fight. Its sad that Mayweather didn't offer Amir this chance.

Amir only lost one fight in his career really. His other two losses were unfortunate.

1- Lamart Peterson--Amir won the fight on points with ALL independent score recorders (ESPN's, Fox's etc) but judges screwed him over and gave fight to Peterson---later, it turns out that Peterson was on steroids anyways lol..

2- Danny Garcia: Amir Khan was dominating Garcia when Garcia tried to duck Amir's punch and swung his arm blindly. That blind shot landed on Amir's critical neck nerve and he couldn't continue the fight..

Sad.

I'd love to see Amir vs Garcia again. Garcia is a good fighter.

What about that Colombian who sparked him out in 45 seconds?

Yeah, that's his only "actual" loss. The post you quoted talks about "losses" of amir khan that were either wrong or unfortunate (as in, Amir got unlucky while he was a better boxer on the day).

What are you talking about? How can that be his "actual" loss. Garcia was a generic fighter, nothing special, but when he got caught his chin failed on him.

That's exactly my point. Only Khan's first loss was to a guy who was superior to Khan in the ring on that day. Khan's other losses were unfortunate because Khan was clearly superior to his opponents in the ring yet was defeated (once by a lucky blind punch, and second time he got screwed over by the officials when he had actually won the fight).

You get it now?
