Vietnam trying to get new missile from Russia

Vietnam is interested in getting Russia Iskander M missile ( ssx26 ) range up to 450km. ground to ground missile. this is very powerful weapon for vietnam people army, Also, vietnam trying to get similar missile from india which is Brahmos missle. It is better for vietnam to buy both from indian and russia due to urgent situation has rise.

For some reason, Russia is hesitated to supply 9K720 Iskander to Vietnam.
