Those solar panels are imported from China.

China exported 10.6 billion USD in first half of 2019. Vietnam imported 17.4%. which means 1.8 billions.

Our 12000tons coastguard are chasing Vietnam fishboat and going to start drilling. When are you going to attack Chinese in Vietnam?

If I am not mistaken you got solar tech from Siemens. Ok it’s better if we ask Siemens.

Another delusion. Why our solar panel is better capacity than German one while lower price tag? Even mighty India bought large number of China solar panel.
