Typical excuse from US for their incompetency... Must have hurt some fanboy about their US supremacy falling.

Diesel electric sub with AIP are very quiet and can stay underwater for certain period. They are good in ambushing especially in shallow water which route definitely needs to be pass by enemy as long as they maintain low speed and lurk around the area waiting for prey to come.

The swedish sub has many times demonstrated against USN fleet during war exercise sinking USN aircraft carrier.
