Al Nusra is definitely a front for the Al Qaeda. And their goal for fighting in Syria is to re-establish a sort of pseudo-omayyad caliphate based in Damascus. No wonder the FSA field units have such names. What we're seeing now is the death of civilians who are predominantly Sunni, but if such radical groups come into power, there would be a Shia genocide. Either is unacceptable.

I find it funny when people say re etablishment of caliph in Damascus, this will never happen. if all Israel wants to be left alone then I assume Israel has the mentality of an African nation like Kenya , even if they do uncle sam will always push them into adventures , like the ones you just mentioned , anyhow after FSA conquers Syria , Egypt and Syria will start their war of some sort with Israel , simply because iran is taking too much credit for fighting Israel.

First of all, I'm not a shia nor do I care about your pathological hatred. And unlike dictatorships, Israelis are allowed to have their own individual opinions. Amos Gillad has his own opinion too, which he is entitled to. The official position of israel is neutrality.
