NK gave them no excuse they want the talks to go ahead but US pulled out on purpose and without reason now why they did that? I cannot understand. Any one who says it is about China trade is wrong because NK is national security threat to USA.

I think this goes back to a few months ago when Russia and China basically said to the US that in order for NK to come to the negotiating table, US needed to stop all military exercises with SK, and remove THAD system from the SK. Now, China and Russia are an ally of NK no matter what the western media says. NK's offer of negotiations was conditional to these two conditions above. And US failed to keep both.
