Hey there is no reason to get upset. I know transsexuals are obsessed with linking everything to LGBT but I don’t think this black teacher disparity warrants a connection.

Just be happy with your transexual choice in life and you can be a happy member of Stormfront under the guise of don’t ask and don’t tell…so make sure you do everything to help them keep the black man “down” by not seeing any problem with Minneapolis historically firing black teachers first due to their lack of seniority.

Why should black children feel uncomfortable when they see black teachers constantly being laid off. You’ll fit in well with Stormfront as this is typically their line of thought.

Any human resource management system that gives large weight to seniority will produce a mismatch between the managed employees and the USA demographics for Hispanic and Asian groups; simply because immigration has favored Hispanic and Asian populations over black and Caucasian groups for the past few decades. For organizations wherein a high educational level is required, Black disparities are exacerbated by lower educational achievement levels for Black groups.
