As the Iraqi military with US support closes in on Mosulit is becoming clear that the US plan is to transfer the ISIS troops defending the city to Syria as part of the regime change plan there.

The Russian news media RIA Novosti, has revealed that US and Saudi leaders have decided to allow the safe passage of 9000 ISIS terrorists to vacate Mosul in Iraq and, relocate into Syria.

The surprising information was leaked by an anonymous diplomatic source. It was also claimed that this decision was conditional on the terrorists agreeing to fight Syrian and Russian troops in Palmyra and Deir Ezzor.

In the past two weeks we have witnessed the chaotic musing within the US Political and diplomatic corps once their impotence was exposed in Syria due to the collapse of the ceasefire and, the resumption of hostilities in Aleppo.

The bedlam and frustration exhibited by Western leaders has been apparent to all with wild claims of possible shooting down of Russian jets in Syria and, the continued ache and longing for the implementation of their, No Fly Zone.

Despite the turbulent political rumblings and threats, Russia and the government of Syria have steadfastly worked to free eastern Aleppo from the remaining terrorists who are now surrounded there.

The decision to allow ISIS to flee safely into Syria once again reveals to the world the gloved hand that shepherds and steers these terrorists.

The bombing of Syrian Army soldiers in Deir Ezzor by US and coalition Jets now appear purposed and calculated rather than an accident claimed by the US.

To add to the controversy, what was generally unreported in the media was a further attack a few days later that destroyed the last two surviving bridges spanning the Euphrates River.

Their destruction, will isolate the Syrian forces stationed at Deir Ezzor and, make life more difficult for the Syrian people who are already wearing the burden of six years at war.

As the ISIS terrorists leave Mosul and travel into Syria their objectives are the recently freed city of Palmyra, and the brave city of Deir Ezzor. Whether their safe passage from Mosul includes US and Saudi cover into Syria remains a mystery.

Regardless their location in eastern Syria allows their masters the tactical advantage of mobilising these proxy forces at the time of their choosing in their ultimate goal of deposing Syrian President Assad.

Who knows actually, they were watching IS enter Ramadi before. Sometimes they surprise everyone

. . . .
Let me ask you the same question, why would Turkey help isis?

Because Turkey wants chaos in the ME so as to pose as a sunni champion,a moderate one,not the salafi that supposedly Saudia represents. The US wants order,it wants to get the hell out to concentrate on China and Russian bullying in Europe, there's absolutely 0 interest in Washington for a ME quagmire.

.
Because ? one single reason

All I know is that when IS took Ramadi in mid 2015 the US Chief of Staff Martin Dempsey said during a news report before Ramadi fell that Ramadi is not a priority and that the Iraqis have other priorities right now, he said that if Ramadi were to fall it would not hinder the campaign and it can be retaken later on.

Following CJTF-OIR airstrike reports back then they did nothing above Ramadi. Before the town fell their defense chief showed no care for defending the city.

This was one of the IS convoys entering Ramadi, was the US air force really blind to that? They were obviously aware of it, why they didn't strike is unknown to me, must've been something political.

Thats a very simple explanation, in fact its like saying US wants chaos in ME to exploit its goods and sell more weapon which probably makes more sense since Iraq became what it is today after the invasion which is based on fake evidences like the non existing WMD's, you know the minor things. :)

Actually, taking such a risk with a unknown outcome would be dumb, espacially when you had many investments in Syria and Iraq already.
If Turkey wanted chaos in ME then it would have allowed US to invade Iraq from its soil, which in fact is a major turning point for the situation in ME today.

With all the conspiracy out there, this doesn't benefit them. All it did,was to pull them in an engagement they wanted out long time ago.

Well this is no conspiracy though. The US did sit idle watching IS send massive convoys into Ramadi, the picture of the convoy backs up that.. Martin's statement shows their stance back then. This once again shows how politics has been delaying and making this war difficult, both internal Iraqi and US politics. For a long time they kept saying they have no clear strategy on IS and that they only seek to contain them, no wonder it has taken this long.

That convoy could've been treated with an A-10.. They came all the way from Syria btw, IS sent reinforcements from there to take Ramadi.

The US allready sells,no matter what happens. It sells because Saudia and their GCC buys,no matter what happens.Erdogan had the easy choice of not meddling in Syria but he did went full anti Assad from the get go and he did because he saw himself as a glorious leader of a MB ruled block from Tunisia to Syria. That didn't pan out so he now raves about Turkey's duty to defend sunnis.

No.They were out then, your goverment asked them out.You want them to deploy all of a sudden and fight for Iraq after the Mosul fiasco but you can't have it both ways,as we're independent but in the same time pls launch heavy airstrikes when you spot ISIL convoy altough we've not really established what our current political relantionship is.Maybe they even sat that one out to show Iraq it needs the US.....geopolitics can be cruel

Theres never enough customer for the most expensive military in the world, prior to the Iraq invasion Iraqi army was using Russian equipment now those are being replaced with US ones, coincidence?
About Erdogan yeah he bet on the wrong horse, many times actually, but claiming wanting chaos in ME is over the top if you ask me.
isis declared Turkey as infidel crusader from the beginning, the first clashes with isis date 2-3 years back supporting those is suicidal.

Ramadi fell in Mid 2015, the US was back conducting airstrikes since late 2014. It's still unclear why they did nothing in that case.
