US not interested in FTA with India: Biden

We’ll see, can’t predict what’s going to happen.
Recently Pakistanis have become pretty good at future scenario planning.

Some examples: -
  • 27 February 2019 - India did not imagine a swift rhetorical Pakistani retaliation
  • 15 June 2020 - India did not imagine Chinese resolve in response to annexation
  • 15 August 2021 - India did not foresee the Taliban takeover

That's when you believe reality is the same as some low IQ retarded bollywood fantasy.

US will not make any more Free Trade Agreements with any country which have a trade volume greater than $150 billion.
That has always been Democrat's trade policy.

Big Boys in trade like India do not get FTAs fron US.
Only countries with small trade volumes do.

May be you are right, but your bakht fellows keep telling us that India is special for US.

Trade deal is not the only friction point, we have other friction points with US too.
You can easily make ten threads, one each for them, and on the 11th proudly boast that India is a slave of USofA. 😆

Deep within policy circles conversations about India's capacity to balance PRC started couple of years back, I know Pakistani friends would love to relate it with 27th of feb, but I would not go there. Loss of Kabul will accelerate this condition. US need to find alternatives of India for its Pivot to the Asia or change the plan drastically.

I am afraid US doesn't have a lot of options in the region.
Not really.

India wants a FTA with US, but still wants exclusions to protect certain domestic industries.

This latest news indicates that those talks were going nowhere.

At least they are now being honest.

The problem with current Indian establishment is, they have been lying to Indian public consistently.

They should make a temple for Biden worship , same as Trump temple. That may resolve the issue

FTA matters only with USA as they are large consumers and also have a huge diaspora who can benefit. what will india get out of FTA with australia? AUstralia will flood india with dairy, wheat etc hitting at indian farmers.
Another failure of indian foreign policy.

Nor rn, ever in thier history @MH.Yang ?
Negotiations between China and the USA on FTA have begun in 2013, but no agreement has been reached.
In recent years, the USA has become more and more conservative and more and more less confident. The Chinese people has more and more not held much hope for the FTA negotiations.
Now the USA is afraid of competition. If the USA refuses to sign FTA with India, I think it shows that the United States is even afraid to compete with India.

Lmao.. This is what I have been telling ppl the Americans do not want to ethblish stragetic partnership with India because it wants Pakistan and central asia to stay neutral in Us-china issues but going to India serves China with everything gaining from it.. The US aim is to keep balance and not to chose sides and keep distance from India in order to not lose bulk of allies elsewhere that are much more stragetic than India

Slap after slap for India past few days.

These indians think usa israel like them fact is they hate em more than us but first they want to take hard labour work from them against china

Ofcourse the US has been snobbing India for political reasons.. Blinkan's meeting with India was very cold and without emotion.. If they were to go to India they will lose massively elsewhere.. Besides India is weak and always have been the US know this much.. Despite Pakistan being smaller size the US has never feared India at any given time in their history but has feared Pakistan from the get go... This means the US always were big believers in Pakistan's potential but never bought into India potential but just saw them as servant. The fact that he never feared you is disrespectful.. Just look at China the US were fearful of them since the get go. That is respect you gotta earn it.

Forget about them releasing fake surveys here and there they don't believe in India when it comes to the truth and never did. But the truth is You only believe in the guy you fear deep down

Why would india need an FTA with america when according to indians, india has been a superpower since 2012?

The failure of indians to send soldiers to afghanistan has REALLY angered the americans especially since the americans were facilitating indian strategic interests in afghanistan since 2001.

It’s not too late for Indians to send soldiers. Actually, Pakistan would guarantee the safe passage of Indian troops. As well as providing fantastic tea.
Defeat upon defeat for Modi's Hindustan.

And India will resolve to make more movies.
