No rating but the ugly truth after a pro-Mullah compatriot of yours posted an incredibly irrelevant, off-topic and nonsense twitter by some Mullah official wanting his 2 seconds of fame seeing that his entity were nowhere to be seen along with 50 + Muslim head of states during the historic meetings. Not interested in having interactions with anti-KSA and anti-Arab pro-Mullah individuals whose only intention in this thread is to troll or make off-topic posts in order to derail an informative thread whose topics are of paramount importance

It was fun but I am ending it here.

So much for the nonsense of KSA and Israel being on the same boat as a few Mullah trolls are propagandizing.

Israeli ministers troubled by $110 billion US-Saudi arms deal
Military deal amounts to about $110 billion effective immediately, plus another $350 billion over the next 10 years; ‘Saudi Arabia is a hostile country and we need to ensure Israel’s qualitative military edge is maintained,’ says Minister Steinitz.

National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources Yuval Steinitz expressed concern on Sunday morning regarding the massive arms deal signed between the United States and Saudi Arabia during US President Donald Trump’s visit to Riyadh.

The military sales deal amounts to about $110 billion effective immediately, plus another $350 billion over the next 10 years.

After signing the deal, Trump spoke of “hundreds of billions of dollars of investments into the United States and jobs, jobs, jobs.”

Some of the arms included in the US-Saudi deal.
“Hundreds of millions of dollars in arms deals is something we need to get an explanation for,” Steinitz said ahead of Sunday morning’s government meeting. “Saudi Arabia is a hostile country and we need to ensure Israel’s qualitative military edge is maintained.”

“This is not a country that we have diplomatic relations with,” he added, noting that it “is still a hostile country and nobody knows what the future holds.”

“I hope we’ll receive clear answers to that soon. This is definitely something that should trouble us,” Steinitz went on to say.

Minister Ayoob Kara also raised the issue during the Likud ministers meeting on Sunday, asking Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu whether he wasn’t concerned of the fact Saudi was becoming “a world power with military superiority over us.” Netanyahu told him he will discuss the matter during the cabinet meeting.

The package includes American arms and maintenance, specifically 115 M1A2 tanks, four warships, THAAD missile defense system, maritime security, radar and communications, and cyber security technology.

The deal also includes a pledge to assemble 150 Lockheed Martin Blackhawk S-70 helicopters in Saudi Arabia to the tune of $6 billion.

American media reported that Saudi also purchased MIM-104F (PAC-3) Patriot batteries, while Bloomberg reported on a deal Saudi signed with Boeing that could reach $3.5 billion to buy an additional 48 CH-47 Chinook helicopters and other equipment.

The White House said in a statement that the package of defense equipment and services is aimed to boost security in the Arab Gulf region in the face of Iranian aggression.

It is also meant to bolster the kingdom’s ability to contribute to counterterrorism operations across the region, “reducing the burden on the US military to conduct those operations.”

It was described by Vice Admiral Joe Rixey, chief of the Pentagon’s Defense Security Cooperation Agency, as “the largest single arms deal in American history.”

In addition to the arms deal, national oil firm Saudi Aramco said it signed $50 billion of agreements with US firms. Energy minister Khalid al-Falih said deals involving all companies totaled over $200 billion, many of them designed to produce things in Saudi Arabia that had previously been imported.

A deal between Saudi Basic Industries Corporation and the American Exxon Mobil, a company until recently headed by US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, was signed to build a $20 billion chemical complex.

The American president also met with the King of Bahrain, saying the two countries “have a wonderful relationship” but “there has been a little strain.”

He vowed to improve things further, but did not specify what tension he needed to resolve. The two countries have had a long-term military alliance though the US was critical of Bahrain’s response to uprisings during the Arab Spring.

Give me a break!

"We need an explanation for". It is not Israel's business what 2 independent parties do mutually? What a joke! That tiny country, if not for the West and continuous Western funding even before its foundation, would have been obliterated a long time ago.

@Gomig-21 @EgyptianAmerican @The SC

It is clear that they want the US to force Arab nations to recognise Israel without anything in return..So even without the F-35 for Arabs they still complain of wanting to keep their technological advantage in weapons.. they are just contradicting themselves and complaining as usual.. Trying to convince some rational guys like Trump&CO to give them more aid.. any occasion is good for that.. for opportunists!

Dude come on man, Amir is a really cool guy. Amir is neither Anti-KSA or Anti-Arab. The truth is that both of you tend to get out of hand. Can you be nice to Amir at least man? All we need is a little civility between posters here and we would not have nearly as much trolling. Just because some dumb American Iranians come in here and hate on KSA doesn't mean we should hate on a guy like Amir.

@AmirPatriot Can you extend an olive branch of some sort? Both of you could be much nicer to each other. Both of you are amazing posters who contribute a lot but this has sorta got out of hand.

Sharif bro, I have disagreed with Amir on many different things but I don't hate him and he doesn't hate me. The least you guys could do is simply be nice to each other. Ignore the trolls and actually be friends.

Yes, your governments may be really different from each other, with differing customs and rights and economies but just because The Saudi and Iranian governments are at each other throats doesn't mean regular citizens of both countries can't be friends and disagree from time to time.

I can engage in political and military-technical debate with anyone who is realistic, respectful, and sincere. But as soon as me or my country are outright insulted, I suddenly lose motivation for such niceties. No idea why...

There is freedom of media and press in Pakistan. Pakistanis in social media and media in general hate USA and anyone getting along with it including Pakistan PM or army. Iran is seen as someone standing up to USA. They are against Raheel Sharif being commander of islamic alliance as well because of Iran refusal to join.

Safe to say they don't represent majority which mostly support prime minister hazrat Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. In recent weeks there has been huge campaign by them against Pakistan army in social media because they refused to get involved in politics to remove current PM. They can't get votes so want army to remove PM by force and make their leader in to PM without holding any election.

That explains it. I am not trying to troll here when I write the following but I have literally seen supposed Pakistanis (as I said they might be non-Pakistani false-flaggers trying to stir trouble up but I doubt that all of them are this) who make a virtue of appearing more pro-Mullah than pro-Pakistan. They have a habit of trying to stir trouble up between Arab users here and Pakistanis although they are not succeeding at this.

KACTS was one of the Saudi Arabian universities that signed 10 agreements with leading US universities and 3 memorandums of understanding with 3 major US companies.

lol, typical stuff from the Israelis. Sell any Arabs a single army issued uniform and they'll jump up and down and complain shakheez shekhbazz yakhov yen3al abukom looool. :D

There is a lot for them to worry about, God forbid we look carefully at the 115 M1A2 armor, or reverse engineer the THAAD missiles yalahwee. Meanwhile, the Saudis should pay for defending them and buy $300B worth of US employment but what's Israel doing to pay back all the $15B-$20B a year the US puts into them? The nerve. I suppose when you just have so much influence in the US political structure and national makeup, you can be that cocky and arrogant and bitchy.

Trump has ended any lobbying in the white house though.. maybe that is why they are irked so much..

We need nature and time to takes its due cause and do what is needed in the meantime (as a collective whenever possible) and this way Israel will become pretty much irrelevant in the wider picture. Their current Apartheid behavior (no signs of improvement) will eventually harm them more than not. Today they are unable to offer the US what KSA alone can offer so if a collective "camp" is created on all fronts it is very much possible to make the Americans, at least think twice, before they interact with Israel in the fashion that they have been used to. What is certain is that status quo cannot continue.

Well said, bro. Anyway I posted it because I often hear, from the usual lot here, that KSA and Israel are "secret best friends". It shows!

They are Pakistanis believe me. Especially the old members. If someone just joined and then started trolling then maybe he can be false flagger. Their love for anti USA Iran goes beyond interests of Pakistan. But Pakistan top leadership isn't stupid, otherwise we would have been "isolated" pariah state like Iran long time ago.

I tell them to not get involved in Saudi-Iran wars on internet but they don't listen.

I have only seen him trolling in regards to KSA, the Arab world and Arabs. I don't see any "friendliness" if I am to be honest with you. Maybe I am wrong.

Sure, I can be nice to him if he stops trolling/derailing topics. I am nowhere to be found on their section (although there is plenty of nonsense material to counter for Arabs in general much, much more than the other way around) or in threads that have to do with Iran unless it is directly related to KSA/Arab affairs.

I don't hate him or any other user on this forum.

Anyway point taken but have in mind that I am rarely serious whenever such discussions occur.

Sure I can also extend an olive branch (KSA is one of the largest olive and olive oil producers in the world and the beautiful olive tree is native to Western and Northern KSA) but if I give him a olive branch from KSA, he will scream "Wahhabi" and refuse it. Maybe some dhub will do instead, lol.

Well trump certainly didn't mince his words when it came to Islam or Muslims but look at what thread we are in now...

All it takes is an olive branch, a chance to swallow pride and be genuine and tolerant to others. We are all Muslims and Middle Easterners and Humans. I don't see why we can't be friends even if you insulted each other countries. If you wanted to hate on Egypt for beating you to the title of First civilization and best ancient civilization in the world then I would still have no problem with you:partay:. If I decide to hate on Iran for having way better food then Egypt, would you have a problem?

Persians and their stupid amazing food! You guys suck!:enjoy::butcher:
