US, Indonesia joint naval exercises

We are not puppet to anyone. For your info, its Indonesia who denied US proposal to force Myanmar to out of ASEAN back in 2009. Indonesia also has denied US invitation to join in trans pacific partnership.

In hindsight, looks like Indonesia did us a favor there.

No way we could have known Myanmar would do a near 180 on its policies.

this is a good development...wish india and indonesia have a joint naval exercise soon.

I hope so, India - Indonesia should take their military relationship into the higher level as India also plays major role in Asia's power projection.

Taiwan should also build firmer ties with ASEAN for security in southeast asia.
