Nato is looking for excuses to aggressively start their expansion plans, the reason is with Asia/Middleeast rising, and with China becoming economic super power, they need as many allies as possible to keep check on China, Russia, Iran and the rest of nations.

SCO needs to be expanded, made stronger, create Nato style force and EU like economy system.
