Good news for Pakistan.

PA should start thinking in terms of a AIRBORNE Regiment for a start and build towards a independent airborne brigade with Cobras as their fire-power support.

Just finished reading Patrick Bishops "3 Para" about the expereince of 16 air assault brigade in Afghanistan in the summer of 2006.

I very much agree that such a formation would be useful to Pakistan and given the alleged formation of an air control type SSG unit it seems like a good follow up.
