US Consulate General staff open fast with Pakistani family

The consulate engages in a lot of relationship building activities and is a source of great push to the city's social and cultural events. Not to mention the quite a few arsehole Pakistanis who tweet [HASHTAG]#deathtoamerica[/HASHTAG] and then sit at McDonalds whilst they apply on the consulate website for the fullbright scholarship.

Feel like skinning such people alive, cutting them up and feeding them to dogs.. and then uploading all of that to live leak.

:what:

You are one step away from becoming Hannibal.

Nice gesture from the U.S. Anyone else doing this? Thought not. I guess some folks still ignore this and continue to hate for no reason.
For example according to the latest PEW survey Pakistanis see the US as the greatest threat, more so than India!! There is something wrong here.

Its just Rooh-e-Afzah , not blood from a wombat

Normally most Americans (educated ones) are generally aware of Muslim key customs
can't say same for Rednecks driving the BIG truck 4 x 4 with beer can in one hand , and shot gun in other , yelling go back to Mexico.

Obama did said Assalami-yo Alikum 7-8 years ago and never visited Pakistan

Generally , the educated class in US is well aware of customs and quite polite

Real internals of the public are normally discussed on local radios and talk shows discussing international politics and the problem with Islam :P, these shows normally attract the
less then civilized , cream of the crop type of folks

You never know who will run into

You know better why Pakistanis hate Americans. You think people are stupid that they hate Americans for no reason? Their perception about Americans is not going to be changed by these superficial gestures. I know you are not into stone age 'ummah' crap, though it is a different thing that Allah himself talks about this concept in Quran, but it does not mean that everybody thinks like you. American support for Israel, Iraq and then Afghanistan's destruction, Libya, Syria, no sir, Pakistanis are stupid, but not totally brain dead, not yet. Thodi si hi sahi, magar ghairat baaqi hey.

People eat food together numerous occasion nothing out of ordinary

Very nice gesture. Would personally love to share a meal and some good conversation with a family in Pakistan. One day..

They were treated to samosas, pakoras, jalebis and other Pakistani dishes.

The Americans enjoyed having Rooh Afza, though they said it was a bit too sweet for their taste buds.

And Wreck Havoc on their waist line as we do whole Ramazan Karem and doing our best to lose its health benefits :hitwall:
:pakistan: :sarcastic:

You missed the rest of my post. But anyway, no I don't think they are stupid but to rate it as Pakistan's number one threat above India is beyond stupid.
Also how do you know for certainty these gestures are superficial? Surely only the Lord knows what people's true intentions are. As for actions, I'll address those in a second.
As for what you said next where on earth did you get this from I.e. that I don't belive in the ummah, and then wrote the sarcastic part that it's in the Quran? Go ahead show me the post.
Yes Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq. The fact is that they are all civil wars where the people themselves have played part a part and continue to do so in tearing their nations apart, multiple factions (Syria) , entire populations sitting back and not fighting (Iraq Shia in order in to remove Sadam) and Afghanistan people hating the Taliban.
The Israel part I'll agree with. But that's politics and nations do what's in their interests.

It is convenient to paint USA as the enemy by the demagogues and godfathers in Pakistan to divert attention of the people from their own shenanigans, that is all.
