Road side accident had swallowed many life: awaiting for next one.

One Wheeling is deadly dilemma of our society; need to resolved.

Our country need aptly & strict legislation in this regard.

Possible measures to counter this terrorism is

Not bailable five year prison along with fine not less than 5 lac.

All beating hands; therewithal, must be punished with Red circle.
