Universal Declaration of Human Rights

10 Dec 1948 , United Nations adapter the Universal declaration of Human Rights. Pakistan was one of the Fourty Eight countries which voted for its adaption.

Does anyone know what's its current legal status in Pakistan ? Have there been many ( any cases ) ( recent with in past 10 years ) which sought its protection and the outcome?

Sorry my question was different.
Pakistani current Constitution clearly doesn't recognize the universal human rights declaration. But some elements must have survived . So i was asking if anyone is aware of any court cases where it was cited and and was recognized in that specific case.
