Who will win

  • Total voters
    76
  • Poll closed .
Wisconsin can go back to Trump since some remaining counties that have yet to be counted lean red. For Michigan though Biden will continue to close the gap for the rest of the count and the question is if it will be enough.

. .
Democrats will not win the senate that in its own is best case republicans could have hopd for
There is always a lesser evil and there is still time to vote! Vote the Green Party if nothing else!

SC is no more racist than other places. In the South, the racism is more obvious which the Northerners try to hide. But in bigger cities ANYWHERE no one has the time to care.
What if they have time to care...
Keep that in mind..it matters when u have time to care...(i.e.a depression )

.
Where is the vote still out in Michigan? And the Trump campaign just died a little seeing that Wisconsin result.

Gonna be incredibly close down the stretch.

A lot of them are absentee ballots. They are still counting for Wayne and Macomb counties as well.

. .
I am surprised as well - Arizona is a virtual Republican stronghold.

Well...
Republicans voted for biden because of john maccain..it will be a big laugh if trump only loses because he lost arizona...he called him a loser..

There are still mail in ballots in Wisconsin that have yet to be counted, on top of the dump that put biden ahead.

With well over a million mail ins to count in Pennsylvania, I expect Biden will take Penn.

11,000 lead to Biden in WI now. (source CNN)
Still needs 1 more state or trump will win

He needs either PA or michigan
My guess he wins pa but it goes to court...
Just like algor and court might give it to trump

Trump will go to court to stop Pa count

it should not have been this close. When I came to the US my impression (though I've always lived in solid liberal states in the US) was that Americans believe in 2 things: 1. science 2. their economic self interest.

today that is no longer true. The candidate who has proven to be better for the economy and who has proven to accept science, is Biden. Trump has rejected scientific facts for 'alternative facts' and has zombified the economy by artificially boosting the stock market by lowering taxes and interest rates in an already strong market, and now has nothing left but to pump money into the financial black hole. He has fundamentally been unable to solve the 2 biggest economic crises in the US: 1. student loan crisis 2. healthcare crisis. Any other president would be kicked out in a landslide for this. Jimmy Carter lost for far less.

this election is a referendum on whether xenophobia and zero sum competition is accepted in the US, or whether self interest and rational development remains the way to go.

You didn't recognise the strongest characteristic of the WASP ... a willingness to cut the nose to spite the face.

Trump blames foreigners and immigrants for their problems, he paints the opposition as foreign agents, he portrays international organisations as impositions on American freedoms - the WASP automatically assumes that his perfect system can't be wrong - it IS all these outside elements making it wrong. So they stand by the man who says he'll change that.

They are taught science at school but are not people of reason. They genuinely believe this hypernationalist MAGA nonsense. The common American is not who they portray them as in the media. They're also not who they portray themselves as in public. The real American is the man in his home, after a few drinks, in the comfort of friends.

Well said, Trump voters are voting over trivial issues and they will be mistaken if they want to allow xenophobia to dictate their future. They're not accustomed to adversity and I feel 2023 will be a bad year for the US if Trump continues to foment unrest and mishandle the pandemic, and most importantly if he tries to secure a third term in 2024. That's when his voters gonna realize what is gonna happen to the economy, the dollar, their world standing and their overall security. America will go into a rapid decline by the end of Trump's second term if he does win.

I don't think they care. Biden voters are pragmatic, but I don't think Trump voters are pragmatic. In interviews with Trump voters, they keep talking about how he's 'preserving their way of life'. That's a sign of people in deep, irrational fear.

They have gone all in on the xenophobia. More people voted for Trump than in 2016 (though Democratic turnout is higher too). This is an ideological referendum.

And their is fare (somewhat true) that country might end up like social republics of latin america(not europe)..this has swayed the latino vote in trump favour..and hence his path to victory ..

Except the fact that other than Texas every state with substantial Latino population went blue. PA/WI/MI is all ~5% Latino. They're old school white/black America.

.
probability is Trump will win in the end - CNN
