Hi,

I have notice something new as well. While going through thread regarding "Iran to build an Aircraft Carrier" noticed that I can not post. A message saying that "you do not have enough privileges to post" appears.

Can any one tell me what is that. It happened to me sometime back on another thread but I thought it was some error and ignored it.
