UN adopts Pak-backed resolution on plebiscite

Pakistan did not unilaterally cede territory to China. There was indeed an exchange of territories.

My question who are you two to exchange territories that by Pakistan's own admission are internationally disputed ??

Good point.

The parts of Kashmir that China controls (Aksai Chin and Shaksgam valley) are completely uninhabited. Zero population.

The population is only a moot point. The main issue is the transfer/ceding of "internationally disputed" ( By Pak's own admission) land on its own volition without any international permission.

I thought it was inhabited by some nomads...read somewhere around 10,000 ... no permanent settlements though. But there is a small army camp (if I am not wrong) along the highway 219.

I think you're right, but at the end of the day, those areas have no permanent inhabitants.

He's one of those guys who likes to "hit-and-run".

I.e. Create a new account, spam, get banned... repeat the cycle.

He'll be gone by tomorrow anyway.

The world also tells Pakistan to stop terror emanating from its territory.;)
This very resolution supports the fight for freedom , Kashmir struggle is not terrorism but a freedom struggle.(UN HAS SUPPORTED IT IN ITS RESOLUTION).

.
You do realise that the population of the part we gave to them is 0. right?
You do realise that, that piece of land was not Pakistan's to part with in the first place, even if it was inhabited by some mountain goats only, and given your claim that it is 'disputed' territory, the agreement becomes null and void by being ex parte agreement? Right?

If we are talking about a plebiscite or referendum or whatever the term is, mountain goats can't vote.

Except that Pakistan's claim to 'plebiscite or referendum or whatever the term is', in accordance to UN resolutions get diluted, because of the blatant violation of those very UN resolutions and UN Charter and all other International Laws.
