WASHINGTON: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader, Assad Umar has said that Hakimullah Mehsud and his henchmen are terrorists, Geo News reported.


“You only negotiate peace with your foes and not friends. The outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is a sworn enemy of Pakistan,” said he addressing a rally on the outskirts of Washington.



Speaking to his party workers, he, without mincing his words, said that PTI had always believed Hakimullah to be a terrorist as he had on their hands the blood of thousands of innocent Pakistanis.

AFAIK --- IK's POV is consistent & clear that TTP are our people and we should make settlement with them this stand is opposite where he is declaring them enemy. So, obviously it's his personal opinion not party's policy.

All stake holders were present army+all Pakistani political parties

Also in previous 3 APCs held by PPP,ANP and JUIF in which all main parties were present the Resolution was the same "dialog"

Dude there is difference between calling them "our people" and "our enemy" - Negotiation with enemies are not any thing new, it can be done provided no national interest is sacrificed - but confusing nation between friend & foe about status of opponent is the worst thing, cheating and hypocrisy.

As i said earlier, Negotiation with enemies can be done and it's nothing new and PA's stand is clear over TTP that they are enemy of state and have blood of thousands of civilians at their hands infect they are worst piggy & coward enemy.
