I thought China has already licensed Ukraine AI-222, and producing WS-11?

Not sure about that. THey have plans to do it but I dont know whether they managed to obtain all critical information before Ukraine crisis started. I do know Ukraine has shipped a shipment of AI-222 engines to China before the crisis.

Ukraine still owed China billions of dollar.
