And Western Holocaust Denial

Holocaust denial is repugnant because it denies the horrendous suffering of those who died; it adds to the continuing suffering of their surviving, grieving families and descendants; and it threatens repetition of such atrocities because History ignored yields History repeated. Indeed for these reasons denial of the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (6 million victims) is illegal in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Israel and Switzerland and the WW1 Armenian Genocide (1.5 million victims) is variously being criminalized in Belgium and France.

There has been much legitimate criticism of the recent Teheran Holocaust Conference because of the suggestion of Holocaust denial implicit in such an event and the attendance of some notorious, right-wing holocaust deniers or revisionists. Yet Holocaust Denial is exactly what racist, lying Western academics, politicians and media have been guilty of in relation to past and present Western-imposed Holocausts in Asian countries, including India.

Thus Western academics, journalists and politicians generally IGNORE the WW2 man-made Bengal Famine in British-ruled India that killed 4 million - it was associated with a 1940s demographic deficit of 10 million, horrendous military and civilian sexual abuse of starving Indian women and girls, and may have been due to a deliberate, cold-blooded British scorched earth policy to discourage Japanese invasion from Burma. This Bengal Holocaust became a Forgotten Holocaust – it has been deleted from most British history books and from general public perception in a continuing process of egregious Holocaust Denial. Yet it was to the WW2 Bengal Famine that the word “Holocaust” was first applied - in 1944 by Jog, N.G. (1944), Churchill’s Blind-Spot: India (New Book Company, Bombay) (see: Global Avoidable Mortality ).

The West has gone so far as to criminalize Holocaust Denial in relation to the Jewish Holocaust in many Western European countries (arguably a good thing) – but it exhibits entrenched Holocaust Denial in relation to Indian and Asian Holocausts. Thus racist, lying Western Mainstream media ignore the 1.5 billion excess deaths during the brutal British occupation of India, and 18 million excess deaths due to US Asian Wars – and they continue to ignore and deny horrendous Asian excess deaths due to British State Terrorism, US State Terrorism and UK-US-backed Israeli State Terrorism (for a recent analysis entitled “Bush & Blair Holocaust Commission and Denial” see: http://mwcnews.net/content/view/11293/42/ ).


Some key Western-complicit “excess death” estimates derived from authoritative sources such as the UN Population Division, UNICEF, WHO and the top medical literature (e.g. see WHO: WHO | World Health Organization ; UNODC: United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime ; UNICEF: UNICEF - UNICEF Home ; UN Population Division: World Population Prospects: The 2008 Revision Population Database ) are given below


1. Global Muslim Holocaust. The post-1950 global avoidable mortality totals 1.3 billion including 0.6 billion avoidable deaths in the Muslim World – 100 times greater than the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (6 million victims) or the contemporaneous but forgotten man-made Bengal Famine in British-ruled India (4 million victims and a 1940s demographic deficit in Bengal of over 10 million). There have been 18 million excess deaths associated with post-1950 US Asian wars; post-1950 excess deaths and undr-5 infant deaths in countries occupied by Israel total 24 million and 17 million, respectively. US-Israeli State terrorism and UK-US State Terrorism come at a terrible human cost – thus, as detailed below, post-invasion excess deaths in the Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Territories total 3.3 million but in comparison 7,000 Western civilians have been murdered by Muslim-origin non-state terrorists over the last 40 years (including Israelis and making the very arguable assumption of no American or Israeli complicity in 9/11) (see: Global Avoidable Mortality ).

2. The post-invasion excess deaths in the Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Territories total 0.3, 0.9 and 2.1 million, respectively – 60% infants, mostly Women and Children and largely due to Occupier violation of the Geneva, Universal Human Rights, Genocide and Rights of the Child Conventions that demand unequivocally that Occupiers keep their Conquered Subjects ALIVE (see: Geneva Conventions: genevaconventions.org ; Geneva Conventions relative to protection of Civilians in time of war: http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu3/b/92.htm ; UN Genocide Convention: The UN Genocide Convention ; UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights ; UN Rights of the Child Convention: http://www.unhchr.ch/html/menu3/b/k2crc.htm ).

3. Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Genocides – the Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Holocausts. There are about 6 million Palestinian refugees; about 80,000 flee their Homeland each year; about 80% of West Bank Christian Arabs have fled; 3.5 million Occupied Palestinians have been imprisoned by Israel in abusive, illegal and traumatizing conditions for nearly 40 years; 1.5 million Israeli Arabs are subject to racial discrimination including the requirement fro compulsory carriage of race-specifying ID (cf Nazi era Europe). The UN estimates that 2 million Iraqis have fled their Homeland and about 100,000 are fleeing US-occupied Iraq each month. There are about 3.7 million Afghan refugees. Consult UNICEF (see: UNICEF - UNICEF Home ) and you will discover that roughly 0.5 million under-5 year old infants die each year in these Occupied Territories i.e. 1,300 daily (e.g. on Christmas Day) or one per minute. This is egregious Genocide as defined by the UN Genocide Convention (see: The UN Genocide Convention ).


US-Israeli State Terrorists (USISTs) and Racist Zionists (RZs) have been obscenely exploiting the horrendous reality of the Jewish Holocaust and have also been actively promoting anti-Arab anti-Semitism, Islamophobia and anti-Asian xenophobia that is now entrenched in the West. As shown by the above statistics, the Racist Zionists (RZs) and the Racist Bush-ites (RBs) – most notably the Racist Religious Right Republican (R4) Bush-ites and the Bush-ites of US lackeys such as the UK and Racist White Australia - are involved in egregious Holocaust Commission AND Holocaust denial.

This site is provided as a humanitarian public service to inform people about past, present and predicted future Muslim Holocausts and Muslim Genocides.

Holocaust is the destruction of a large number of people. The term was first applied to a WW2 atrocity by Jog in 1944 (Jog, N.G. It was subsequently applied to the Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation) which was part of a horrendous WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slavs, Jews and Gypsies killed in the Nazi German Lebensraum genocide).



Unfortunately the racist Zionists (RZs) (who were complicit in the Jewish Holocaust by collaboration with the Nazis, opposing placement of Jewish refugees anywhere but Palestine and persuading Churchill to oppose the Brand scheme to save 0.7 million Hungarian Jews) have appropriated the term Holocaust to mean only the WW2 Jewish Holocaust to the exclusion of all other holocausts (see the testimony of outstanding humanitarian Jews Joel Brand:

Genocide is very precisely defined in International Law as “acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group” as set out by Article 2 of the 1948 UN Genocide Convention: “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such: a) Killing members of the group; b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.”



Key to this internationally agreed, legal definition of genocide is “intent”. Thus the “intent’ of a serial killer is not abolished by his refusal to confess or otherwise explicitly declare “intent” – it can be clearly established simply by the evidence of sustained, remorseless actions leading to serial deaths. Likewise, for example, the sustained, remorseless actions (and inactions) of the British caused the deaths of 6-7 million Indians in 1943-1945 Bengali Holocaust (see the transcript of the 2008 BBC broadcast involving myself, Economics Nobel Laureate Professor Amartya Sen and other scholars: BBC/OU Open2.net - History - Listen to The Bengal Famine ) ; the sustained British deprivation of its Indian subjects in the 2 century British Indian Holocaust (1.5 BILLION excess deaths, or about 1.8 BILLION including the Native States, and about 20% of them Muslims) (see: http://mwcnews.net/content/view/26713/42/ and http://mwcnews.net/content/view/31306/42/ ).

Here is the expert advice of Denis Halliday (who resigned after 34 years with the UN, including being UN assistant secretary-general, over the Sanctions imposed on Iraq, characterizing them as “genocide”) on genocidal “intent to kill” in answering the question “Who, in your view, is primarily responsible for the deaths of those 500,000 children under five [under Sanctions]?” (2000): “All the members of the Permanent Security Council, when they passed 1284, reconfirmed that economic sanctions had to be sustained, knowing the consequences. That constitutes ‘intent to kill’, because we know that sanctions are killing several thousand per month. Now, of the five permanent members, three abstained; but an abstention is no better than a vote for, in a sense. Britain and America of course voted for this continuation. The rest of them don’t count because they’re lackeys, or they’re paid off. The only country that stood up was Malaysia, and they also abstained. But you know, by abstaining instead of using your veto, when you are a permanent member you're guilty because you’re continuing something that has this deadly impact. Muslims have been subject to horrendous mass murder events, such as the mass murder of the people of Jerusalem by the Crusaders on 15 July 1099 - more than 70,000 dead bodies of Muslim children and women were found in the Mosque of Omar in Jerusalem alone. In the13th century the Mongols under Genghis Khan killed millions in Iraq and adjoining. regions. In 1492 millions of Muslims (and Jews) were killed or expelled from Spain, putting an end to the brilliant civilization of Moorish Spain. Millions of Muslims were killed in subsequent centuries due to expansion of the Russian Empire in Asia, the British Empire in Asia and Africa, the French Empire in Asia and Africa, the Spanish Empire in Asia and Africa, the Portuguese Empire in Africa and Asia and the Dutch Empire in South East Asia (principally in what is now Indonesia)..

Western Mainstream media, politicians & academics ignore Afghan Genocide on 9th anniversary of US invasion

Educated Indians are well aware of how the West devalues Indian lives and Asian lives. Thus pick up most British history books and you will find that Brtish atrocities in India have been mostly or completely deleted. The recent BBC TV series “The Story of India” failed to mention the 1769-1770 Great Bengal Famine (10 million Indians starved to death by the British), the World War 2 Bengal Famine (6-7 million Indians starved to death by the British, 2 centuries of recurrent , man-made famines in British India in which scores of million perished under the genocidal British, the 10 million Indians massacred post-1857 as reprisals for the Indian Rebellion (see my book “Jane Austen and the Black Hole of British History”: Jane Austen and ... ).



This racist Anglo holocaust commission, holocaust denial, genocide commission and genocide denial in relation to Asians and South Asians continues today in relation to the ongoing Anglo-American Afghan Holocaust and Afghan Genocide. The Afghan War has now entered its 10th year. It has become the longest US war. As of 7 October 2010, the 9th Anniversary of the US invasion of Afghanistan, the human cost of the Afghan War has been estimated as about 4.9 million violent deaths or non-violent avoidable deaths from Occupier-imposed deprivation.



The ongoing, US Alliance-imposed Afghan Holocaust and Afghan Genocide has now reached the dimensions of the World War 2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million dead, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation). Decent people around the world must continue to vigorously oppose this gross violation of Humanity. To assist such decent folk I have prepared a carefully documented Afghan War Deaths Fact Sheet as set out below and incorporating the latest information as of 7 October 2010.



As of 7 October 2010, the 9th Anniversary of the US invasion of Afghanistan, the human cost as been estimated as follows.



1. Post-invasion non-violent avoidable deaths from deprivation total 3.7 million. [1].



2. Post-invasion violent deaths total 1.2 million (assuming advice that the level of violence has been 4 times lower in the Afghan War than in the Iraq War and an Iraq War violent deaths/non-violent deaths ratio of 1.3). [1, 2, 3].



3. Post-invasion under-5 infant deaths total 2.6 million. [1].



4. Afghan refugees total 3.2 million, this comprising 2.7 million in Iran and Pakistan and 0.4 million internally-displaced persons (IDPs) in Afghanistan). [4].



5. The US bombing and US-backed Pakistani Army offensive in NW Pakistan generated 2.5 million Pashtun refugees. [5].



6. Annual under-5 infant deaths in Occupied Afghanistan total 311,000, 90% avoidable and due to deprivation. [6]



7. It has been estimated that the annual death rate is 7% for under-5 year old Afghan infants as compared to 4% for Poles in Nazi-occupied Poland and 5% for French Jews in Nazi-occupied France. [7].



8. Annual per capita total health expenditure permitted by the Occupiers in Occupied Afghanistan totals US$29 as compared to US$3,122 for Occupier Australia. [8].

9. Life expectancy at birth m/f (years): 42/43. [8].

10. Healthy life expectancy at birth m/f (years, 2003): 35/36. [8].

11. Probability of dying under five (per 1 000 live births): 257. [8].

12. Probability of dying between 15 and 60 years m/f (per 1 000 population): 500/443. [8].

13. % of under-fives (2003–2008) suffering from stunting (WHO) moderate & severe: 59%. [6].

14. Adult literacy rate: females as a % of males, 2003–2007: 29%. [6].

15. Maternal mortality ratio (annual number of deaths of women from pregnancy-related causes per 100,000 live births): 1,800. [6].

16. US military deaths in and around Afghanistan in the Afghan War total 1,246 and Australian military deaths total 22. [9].



17. About 100,000 people die avoidably from opiate drug-related causes each year. The US Alliance restored the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry from 6% of world market share in 2001 to over 90% today. It can accordingly be estimated that about 0.1 million people per year x 0.9 x 9 years = 0.8 million people have died globally due to US Alliance restoration of the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry, this including about 100,000 Americans and 3,000 Australians. [10, 11, 12, 13].



18. Economics Nobel Laureate Professor Joseph Stigliz (Columbia University) and Professor Linda Bilmes (Harvard University) estimated the accrual cost of the Iraq War alone at over $3 trillion with huge impacts on oil prices, the Afghan war, US federal debt, liabilities for injured veterans, the global financial crisis and US recession. Dr Michael Intriligator, a senior fellow at the US Milken Institute, has suggested a a long-term cost of the Afghan war at $1.5 trillion to $2.0 trillion. Australia’s involvement costs about $1 billion annually. [14, 15].



19. Perverted fiscal diversion for the Afghan War has mortal consequences in the US and other US Alliance countries such as Australia. Thus it has been estimated that about 1 million Americans die preventably each year from poverty, deprivation or violence (e.g. 30,000 Americans are killed by guns each year, 44 million Americans live in poverty and the difference between infant mortality rates between Singapore and the world’s richest country, the US, indicates that about 20,000 US infants die avoidably each year). 9,000 Indigenous Australians die avoidably each year out of an Indigenous population of about 0.5 million due to Third World living conditions and a 2- to 3-fold underfunding of Aboriginal health (currently $1.5 billion annually but should be $3 billion to $4.5 billion annually). [16, 17, 18].



20. The horrendous fiscal diversion for the War in Afghanistan (and Iraq and indeed around the world) has contributed to the ongoing global avoidable mortality holocaust in which an estimated 24 million people die avoidably each year from deprivation (16 million in 2003). [19].

21. Man-made global warming is a major problem for Humanity, together with nuclear weapons and poverty. The huge fiscal diversion for the Afghan War has crippled the political will of America to tackle man-made climate change. Both Dr James Lovelock FRS (Gaia hypothesis) and Professor Kevin Anderson ( Director, Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, University of Manchester, UK) have recently estimated that fewer than 1 billion people will survive this century due to unaddressed, man-made global warming – noting that the world population is expected to reach 9.5 billion by 2050, these estimates translate to a climate genocide involving deaths of 10 billion people this century, this including 6 billion under-5 year old infants, 3 billion Muslims in a terminal Muslim Holocaust, 2 billion Indians, 1.3 billion non-Arab Africans, 0.5 billion Bengalis, 0.3 billion Pakistanis and 0.3 billion Bangladeshis. The nations that need to curb greenhouse gas pollution most quickly and indeed achieve 100% renewable energy by 2020 if the world is to have a 67% chance of avoiding a 2C temperature rise (estimates by Professor Hans-Joachim Schellnhuber, head of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, Germany) are indeed the worst polluting US Alliance countries, namely the US, Canada and Australia. “Annual per capita greenhouse gas (GHG) pollution” in units of “tonnes CO2-equivalent per person per year” (2005-2008 data) is 0.9 (Bangladesh), 0.9 (Pakistan), 2.2 (India), less than 3 (many African and Island countries), 3.2 (the Developing World), 5.5 (China), 6.7 (the World), 11 (Europe), 16 (the Developed World), 27 (the US) and 30 (Australia; or 54 if Australia’s huge Exported CO2 pollution is included). Professor Schellnhuber says that an average annual per capita GHG pollution of about 3 tonnes CO2-e per person per year is needed over 40 years on the path to zero emissions by 2050 with a 67% chance of avoiding a 2C temperature rise disaster (conservative odds: would you board a plane if there were a 33% chance of it crashing?) [20, 21, 22].

22. The US Alliance is involved in an Afghan Holocaust (huge numbers of people dying) and an Afghan genocide as defined by Article 2 of the UN Genocide Convention which states : “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such: a) Killing members of the group; b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.” It must be noted that mass murderers rarely confess and “intent” is typically established by sustained, remorseless conduct (for 9 years in the case of the US Alliance in the Afghan War). [23].

23. The US Alliance is grossly violating Articles 55 and 56 of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.

Article 55. To the fullest extent of the means available to it the Occupying Power has the duty of ensuring the food and medical supplies of the population; it should, in particular, bring in the necessary foodstuffs, medical stores and other articles if the resources of the occupied territory are inadequate. The Occupying Power may not requisition foodstuffs, articles or medical supplies available in the occupied territory, except for use by the occupation forces and administration personnel, and then only if the requirements of the civilian population have been taken into account. Subject to the provisions of other international Conventions, the Occupying Power shall make arrangements to ensure that fair value is paid for any requisitioned goods. The Protecting Power shall, at any time, be at liberty to verify the state of the food and medical supplies in occupied territories, except where temporary restrictions are made necessary by imperative military requirements.

Article 56. To the fullest extent of the means available to it, the Occupying Power has the duty of ensuring and maintaining, with the cooperation of national and local authorities, the medical and hospital establishments and services, public health and hygiene in the occupied territory, with particular reference to the adoption and application of the prophylactic and preventive measures necessary to combat the spread of contagious diseases and epidemics. Medical personnel of all categories shall be allowed to carry out their duties. If new hospitals are set up in occupied territory and if the competent organs of the occupied State are not operating there, the occupying authorities shall, if necessary, grant them the recognition provided for in Article 18. In similar circumstances, the occupying authorities shall also grant recognition to hospital personnel and transport vehicles under the provisions of Articles 20 and 21. In adopting measures of health and hygiene and in their implementation, the Occupying Power shall take into consideration the moral and ethical susceptibilities of the population of the occupied territory. [24].

24. Conclusion.



What must decent people do about the continuing Anglo massacre of South Asians ? Peace is the only way but silence kills and silence is complicity. Decent Indians – and indeed decent people everywhere - must (a) inform everyone they can about the horrendous realities of the ongoing Afghan Genocide and (b) apply and urge intra-national and international Sanctions and Boycotts against all those people, politicians, corporations and countries complicit in this ongoing atrocity.



Sanctions and Boycotts were successful applied against US-, UK-, Apartheid Israel- and Apartheid Australia-backed, Nazi-style Apartheid South Africa for denying Africans, Asians and Indians equal human rights. Sanctions and Boycotts should be urgently applied against the US, UK, Apartheid Israel, the NATO countries, Apartheid Australia and all neocon and pro-Zionist supporters of US Asian wars for their continuing involvement in US-UK state terrorism and the continuing Afghan Genocide.

How Genocides Are Covered Up By Western media

Tradition of one-sided reports and why genocides are covered-up.

In 1945 when Japan surrendered to allied armies and the new supreme commander Douglas McArthur began ‘rebuilding’ the country one of the most notorious cover up of war crimes took place. Instead of bringing to justice the members of unit 731, McArthur granted immunity to the key physicians in exchange for research data. The unit 731 was a secret Japanese research facility which was situated near Harbin in Northern China and was working on the development of biological weapons. There was never any question for US administration as to how this research data was obtained. Whole Chinese villages were wiped out while new biological weapons were tried, hundreds of Chinese peasants including children were subjected to most excruciating and painful deaths in order to find out the reaction of human body to various bacteria. All this was hushed up simply because the Cold War was starting in earnest and USA needed all the help it could get to be ahead of USSR in arms race. The US biological weapon program from then on drew on the experience of those hapless Chinese villagers who died like laboratory rats first for the benefit of Japan and then of the new Western colonial power.

It seems that one month ago as Georgian warplanes were bombing the sleeping civilians in Tskhinvali and shooting anybody alive in Ossetian villages the great tradition of hushing up the war crimes when it is compatible with US aims came into play again. The rule, which could be defined as ‘whatever is good for US and NATO is just’, seems to have become the guidance for most Western news outlets. The shameless cover up of attempted genocide on the part of Georgian government was matched up by equally shameless exaggeration of ‘Russian aggression’ sometimes going as far as falsifying the evidence. This was the case when Western press was trying to pass off the images of bombed Tskhinvali as a Georgian city bombed by Russian forces. The last instance is the perfect example of news coverage aimed at producing a particular picture irrespective of whether it has any basis in reality or not. The picture thus created becomes an ‘opinion of the majority’, a vague term referring to the predominant trend within the media reporting in the West which does not always represent the actual opinion of the majority of the population. In fact the impression that one gets after comparing the foreign office policies with media coverage is that the nebulous ‘opinion of the majority’ is the official version of the event formed by the small group of political analysts affiliated to the government to which the majority has to conform.

It is not a secret that Western media is far from offering the freedom of speech and expression for which it overtly fights around the world. Going against the so called ‘opinion of the majority’ is as fatal as it is going against the will of the ruling party in a dictatorial regime. The recent incident of Danhong Zhang, a Chinese broadcaster and journalist who lost her job in Germany’s DW-radio after she dared to contradict the chorus of Western media’s accusation of Human rights abuses brought against Chinese government is only an extra illustration of this point. It is not a question whether what she said was true or false, although it is an undeniable fact that the communist government of China did much more to protect the minorities of their huge country than it is traditionally credited with by the major news providers in the West. The very fact that Danhong Zhang lost her job for voicing her opinion brings the worrying flashback of Brezhnev’s USSR where public condemnation and the ensuing job loss was a standard punishment of the dissidents.

Similarly in the coverage of last month conflict between Georgia and Russia the tone or ‘the opinion of the majority’ was set from the start. From the very moment on 8th of August 2008 the first day of Olympic Games and the first day of military invasion by Georgia of its breakaway region of South Ossetia any person following Western media reports knew where the line between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ sides was drawn. Even before Russian army was on the move and Georgian forces were reduced to disarrayed ruble of running men Georgia became 'the victim' of Russian aggression. The tone was set by the US media, the closest ally of Georgian regime and was duly picked up by its vassal states in Europe (UK) and Middles East (Israel). Georgia simply could not do anything wrong. What was the difference between Russian heavy handed response in its separatist region of Chechniya and Georgia’s summary slaughter of its own civilians in its breakaway republic of South Ossetia? Why did the former drew fierce condemnation from the Western media and the latter was intentionally overlooked? Why the desire of Western press to pervert the reality and to paint the defensive party in this conflict as ‘evil’ and the real aggressor as ‘good’ was so great that after running out of factual evidence which could be turned against Russia the war crimes of Georgian military in Tskhinvali were brazenly passed off as the aftermath of Russian bombardment?

The answer to these questions is implied in the incident of fired journalist, Danhong Zhang. Most of Western media now is no more than a propaganda weapon. It is neither an independent nor reliable source of information but a tool of power with a history of covering up the crimes against humanity as in the case of Japanese unit 731 . The only condition for being acquitted of all crimes by the Western media is to be on the right side of the government, which owns it. Conversely, as Danhong Zhang’s case proved, the disagreement with the opinion set by the ruling elite will not be tolerated. The unavoidable conclusion from this soviet style treatment of journalism and one-sided reporting is only one, if globalization is ever to succeed the resulting Global State will have a one party system.
