Yes, I agree to a extent. I think with right type of food, good genes and keeping fit can prolong aging process but of course nothing can stop it. I do five miles jog/walk every day but increasingly I am having to stagger it into two portions of 2.5 miles as I find my feet get sore even with all the special high kinetic energy soles I bought from Scholl in top of the drawer Nike trainers. That is life which reminds me I have to go to do my 2nd shift before it get's too late !
