US will never embarrass India in the open but must have conveyed this privately to India to show them look we know what happened and these were the older generation F-16s, imagine what India could do if it had the latest generation F-16s aka F-21.

This seems to be the case.

US does not disclose information from its cutting-edge SBIRS network to the public.

I would be really surprised if they oblige anybody in the case of Pak-India aerial clashes on February 28, 2019.

Americans are not going to upset the cry baby Indians so they keep buying arms from them, however on a side note the Americans do know the truth that there was no F-16 down simple as that Indians keep crying like a bitch no one cares lol.

why would one want to release military secrets just to know what happened in a street fight between couple of dogs ?

Neither side is going to believe the narrative of the other. Till something concrete comes up in a few years, this is going to be the subject of pointless threads for the next couple years.
