Lebanon and Syria are in war with Israel that they started 70 years ago.
If they want to cease all actions against Israel we'll welcome them to the table, until then actions will be taken to insure our survival and safety.

then Hamas won the election, started a war inside Gaza and forced the Palestinian authority out of the strip.
Also it said numerous times that aim to destroy Israel.

A more appropriate situation would be where Gazans move to West Bank and let West Bank become a separate Arab country, while Israel can acquire Gaza in return for monetary compensation to the locals.

Jerusalem becomes the capital of Israel and Ramallah becomes the capital of the Arab Republic of West Bank (or whatever they want to call it, palestine or something else).

Both happy and wars stopped forever.

The UNSCOP proposal gave the Jews, less than a third of the population, over half of the land. It was not accepted by both parties so it was not legally valid, this is the position of Israel as well (because otherwise their subsequent colonialist expansions and theft of neighbouring land would have been illegal)

In terms of compromise:

The Palestinians have long recognised 1967 borders as the starting point for negotiations, this in itself is a compromise because it legitimises the post-1947 territory Israel stole.

Also the PLO have recognised Israel for many decades. In 1993 they also recognised the imaginary concept of Israel's "right to exist".

In 2008 Palestinians offered a deal allowing Israel to keep 63% of illegal settlements under Israeli sovereignty, but this was rejected.

I am not religious at all, but even Khamenei doesn't want to 'destroy' Israel militarily like the media lies about, Khamenei has been clear about his solution and that is a fundamentally democratic one: a referendum for all of the people from the area (native Jews + Palestinians).

No, because there are plenty of cases of counters that have been posted on other forums which I read. As someone not from the region, but having a decent understanding of the basic "who existed first" knowledge, I am only looking to see where Gaza & West Bank are also ready for some form of compromise by permanently ceasing terrorism.

The harder they hit Israeli civilians, the harder Israelis will hit their civilians.
The cycle will just not end and needlessly people will lose lives. Dropping rockets and then facing tanks means someone definitely initiated.
