Twin sisters killed in shelling

speculative, nothing factual.....

Human right abuses by Indian army in kashmir are also not factual.
Moreover it is impossible to prove that X.Y.Z disappeared by security forces is detained by ISI , it is impossible to determine whether he is still alive or dead.

no the Kashmir ones are factual, as their families rise to the occasion, but here its purely speculative, I am not saying that its not taking place. in War zones things do get nasty and uncivil.

Faujis are jazbaati people, when they get hit, they fire in that direction from which they are fired upons and it is usually happened from the roof tops. remember a whole hospital was bulldozed in NWA when Talibs occupied it's rooftops and sniped and fired on faujis and killed them from there?
@Pak-one please suggest a solution what should idiot faujis do when talibs tries to kill them?

But it's not an excuse, some one got killed. Compensation has to be paid and gunners should be court martialled.

The Taliban and other armed groups continue to pose a deadly threat to tribal society – thousands have been killed in indiscriminate attacks or those deliberately targeting civilians over the last decade.

“The Taliban have time and again shown complete disregard for civilian lives by these indiscriminate and deliberate attacks,” said Truscott.

The report reveals that the Taliban and other armed groups are also carrying out brutal, unlawful killings of captured Armed Forces personnel or suspected spies, sometimes following quasi-judicial proceedings that fail to meet even the most basic international fair trial standards.

“Tribal communities live in abject fear of deadly reprisals on the merest suspicion of supporting the Pakistan state, or even, like the brave young activist Malala Yousafzai, just trying to defend her right to an education,” Amnesty official added.

The report is based on interviews with scores of victims of human rights abuses, witnesses, relatives, lawyers, and representatives of the Pakistani authorities and armed groups in the region.

Although the Pakistan Armed Forces have wrested back control of most parts of the Tribal Areas from the Taliban over the past three years, they have arbitrarily detained thousands of individuals for long periods with little or no access to due process safeguards.

Amnesty International has also documented many cases of deaths in custody.

The report contains many cases of enforced disappearance where detainees were held by the Armed Forces without being brought before a court, or given access to lawyers or relatives who had no idea of their fate or whereabouts.

Fundamental human rights protections guaranteed in Pakistan’s Constitution are not enforceable in FATA, which are still governed under the draconian colonial-era Frontier Crimes Regulation (FCR).

Now the amnesty report report you put, It actually accuses Pak army for forced disappearances and not showing them in front of court. So where does it says, Pak fauj massacred civilians, deliberatley killed them, raped them, harrased civilians, killed civilians on being suspicion of talibs, ?

While on the other hand you do know who these disappeared persons are, fighters caught in battle field, caught through phone interceptions.

Now instead of creating useless propaganda, next time be more specific about abuses done by Pak Army in tribal areas.

My suggestion is that Pak army should evacuate from north waziristan unless they are prepared to do full scale operation in north waziristan.
Right now many families want to leave miranshah but they are trapped due to contineous curfews. The whole population of miranshah should be ordered to leave the city and should be adjusted in IDP camps in KPK if pak army is intending to stay in miranshah.
Pak army should stop supporting haqqani network, the main complex of Haqqani network is just infront of FC fort (where pak army is stationed) in main miranshah bazaar. Remember that haqqani network trains young boys for suicide bombings. The drones in north waziristan are occuring due to presence of haqqani network. If pak army war is against extremists then why supporting haqqani network? . Now TTP is also based in shawal valley of north waziristan and pak army can not do operation due to hafiz gul bahadur group and haqqani network...and they are contineously getting attacked by TTP and innocent locals have to suffer due to retialation of pak army. Faujis should stop munafiqat, should be sincere in their war against terror and should stop using North waziristan for their experiments.
