That tweet says nothing regarding deliveries.

Edit: I misread one sentence. It says that a Qatari delegate received information regarding TB2's that they recently got but that could also mean (most likely) that during their visit to Baykar Makina, they were informed on their TB2's that they recently got (what I mean by "got" is that they are literally saying recently "included"), nothing regarding deliveries still. It sounds more like they are being informed on their TB2 order's. We would definitley hear such delivery by Turkish and Qatari media, I guess.
