hopefully we'll be able to sell more of these, but does anyone know if Malaysia has license to build the speedboats, or are they just being assembled down there.

hopefully we'll be able to sell more of these, but does anyone know if Malaysia has license to build the speedboats, or are they just being assembled down there.

Normal practice for Malaysia is to have first few boats built in country of origin, and the rest build in Malaysia. Shipyard in Malaysia will not build more units than stipulated in the contract. So in this case, after 10 boats are delivered, Malaysian shipyard will not built any more.

If you wonder if Malaysia has the licence to build and sell to others, the answer is no.
